Staff was professional, Okra was burnt and dry, Ribs were great, potato salad was amazing. Other guest didn't want me around.... Two people got out of line when I showed up
The general manager is not helpful I bought a charger for phone wanted to exchange for a exact same one that was not broke he would not do it
Absolutely fantastic service, and especially military friendly. I wish I'd gotten his name for recognition, but the manager on shift today (05/19) at 8:35am deserves a shout out for the breakfast rollers and coffee they graciously offered us. That's how you get repeat customers. Thank you very much!
I also saw that they have showers for truckers or travellers which is very nice. Great place to stop and refuel your vehicle and your belly! :)
Great service and low prices on quick bites to eat. There are two Love's right across the street from one another. The one we went to has a Carl's Jr burger place inside and I saw the other one across the street had Arby's. The rest rooms were clean, but busy!!! But everyone was joyful as they danced waiting for their turn! The cashier was a very nice young man who handled the rush of customers GREAT! He smiled and was very polite to everyone and got everyone in and out super fast! Great customer service!
This is the first Loves truck and car stop in the area. Attached to the Loves is carls jr., which provides quick food. You are allowed to use your Loves points there. This is a typical truck stop. The bathrooms are never the cleanest. Floor is greasy. Very easy on and off from I20.
